All floors are treated with a hardwax oil finish in order to protect the wood, to enhance the colours and to simplify the cleaning process. Once the boards are manufactured in the factory, they are immediately ready to be laid and used. The high quality wooden boards can be placed directly by our partner or its consumer as well, which makes it a very user friendly type of flooring. Afterwards the consumer doesn’t need to treat or manipulate the flooring boards anymore due to the high-quality manufacturing process. Silva Floors produce quality that is ready to use which makes it less time consuming for all parties.
The appearance of each range is unquestionable and we strongly believe that ‘what you see is what you get’. As each range has its own characteristics, Silva Floors bring out the best of each type of flooring board.
When each range has its own set of colours, it is important to us that we deliver as a company. Therefore, we maintain our own specific colouring processes in order to guarantee the colours of each board to our customers. When our partners show potential clients our samples with a specific colour, that is the one that we will deliver. Hence, what you see, is what you get.
Each floor is delivered with a 15-year-warranty (personal use) or a 10-year-warranty (commercial use) and a bottle/can of parquet soap to emphasise the importance of a correct maintenance in order to preserve the floor’s appearance.

The wooden boards’ dimensions are consciously larger in order to create the calm and serene atmosphere. As a plus, this detail distinguishes the wooden boards from other more common floors that are already on the market. The colours alter from light to dark, but remain its matt depth due to Silva Floors’ take on natural drying processes.

Consumers can choose within a wide range to define their own taste as the dimensions of the boards come in different sizes and in herringbone or Hungarian point patterns. The natural colours accommodate all contemporary interior styles. This parquet is very versatile and can be combined with both modern and rural furniture and living accessories.
Oldwood
Each saw cut and natural crack tell a unique story. This special type of wood was treated by natural dyeing processes. As a result the beautiful colour palette shows a cool surface whereas the oils, bleach marks and burn marks are visible. Due to the unique treatment and colour tones, this type of flooring distinguishes itself from any other similar type on the market.

Shelf Inside/Outside
• The Outside range immediately displays the flooring’s original look. Each board is customised with a precision and style that is significant to Silva Floors’ philosophy. The top layer of the board is completely stripped after a careful sawing process. Afterwards this 5/6 mm massive oak board is carefully and professionally put together with high-quality plywood which makes this a strong, solid and durable floor. The flooring boards are treated with the precise Silva Floors’ manufacturing process in order to create a highly contemporary floor for both personal and commercial use. The organic shapes are the result of its original use and remain visible after Silva Floors’ treatment. Combined with the richness in colours and its impeccable finish, we are able to deliver a very versatile yet unique type of flooring.
• The Inside range Collection is very different from the Outside Collection. The original used shelf was initially stripped of its top layer and the remaining oak parquet form the core of the Inside Collection. The saw cuts give the boards a sturdy look. The edges of the Shelf Outside and the Shelf Inside are manually manipulated with hand planes to create a robust and bold look, which is fitting to the DNA of the both Shelves. The overall appearance is retrieved by the natural structure and character of the wood, combined with Silva Floors’ experienced colouring processes.

As always, the dimensions distinguish this type of flooring from similar ones. The floorboards will be delivered with a width of 30 cm and this emphasises the amount of growth rings, visible on each board.. The floor boards also come in a particular length of 3 m or even 6 m. It creates the illusion as if you are walking on a firm, tall tree trunk. The combination creates a rich and characterised presence.
